Excellent Stay in a Beautiful Hotel

friendly staffamazing foodold carpet
I appreciated the efficient and friendly staff at reception. The dinner and breakfast in the restaurant were amazing, specifically the excellent food.
I noticed the carpets could use replacing or a deep cleaning. They appear old. This detracted slightly from the otherwise luxurious experience.
Dining

The breakfast buffet offered a great selection of items. I enjoyed the variety. The restaurant provided prompt and efficient room service. The food tasted fresh and flavorful.

The hotel offers a spa with scheduled times. There is a pool available, though it operates on a reservation system. The fitness center is equipped with modern machines.
Rooms

The room included air conditioning, which maintained a comfortable temperature. The hairdryer was located behind the mirror in the bathroom! The bed felt comfortable and featured good quality linen.

The reception staff was helpful and very friendly. Room service was efficient, delivering orders promptly. Staff swiftly addressed my queries.

Mixed Feelings About This Stay

dirty cushionsworn carpets
I was disappointed by the room's upkeep. The carpets showed wear, and the cushions was dirty. This contrasted sharply with the hotel's communal areas, I found those nicely presented. The room fell short of a 5-star experience. It wasn't worth the money.

Acceptable stay overall

spacious roomequipped roomlovely viewuneven wall tilesloose wooden tileswrong door direction
The room was spacious and well equipped. I was pleased to have a lovely view from my room. The location is central and I found many things within walking distance.
The wall tiles in the spa were uneven and detaching from the wall. The wooden tiles along the pool's inner edge were loose. I noticed the doors in the fitting room facing the spa area opened in the wrong direction.
